Shipping

The postage is based on your order.

Once you have placed you have placed your order we will contact you with the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for any misplaced items. Insurance is recommended, if you require insurance please email us at ContactUs@cheekychildren.com.au after you have completed your shopping, ask how to obtain insurance on postage, We will send you a reply email with invoice for insurance once we have your order.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Goods and services tax is applicable on all our products. All prices exclude GST & will be calculated at the end of your order. The current rate of GST is 10%. This rate may change in the future and will be based on Australian legislation. The prices indicated for products exclude freight and handling.

Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. At present we accept Paypal & Direct Debit for online orders.

You may also call 0401 676 394 to make an order over the phone. If you use Paypal, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by direct debit your order will be shipped as soon as we confirm your transfer.

Return Policy
Exchange or credit can be given only where goods are faulty at the time you receive your shipment. You need to contact us within 5 days of you receiving your shipment. We do not accept exchange reasons of changing your mind, or made wrong order, or damaged after being worn etc.

Important Information:
When you return faulty stock, please contact us by phone or email first. Then you will be told where to return the faulty goods to. All return items must be accompanied by the original invoice and be returned in its original condition and packaging in which they were received. Otherwise the return is not acceptable. Original shipping charges on returns are not refundable. We are not responsible for any stock missing or damage during shipment. Insurance is recommended.

Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

International Customers

We sell to Australian customers Only. At this point in time, Cheeky Children does not send items overseas.

Title
Title for goods ordered on our site will pass to you when we receive payment in full for your order.
